Booking a Rally

If you want to book a rally then the best way is to use the online form which you will find next to the list of Rallies on the Rally Programme page. On a smart phone you will need to scroll past the list of rallies where you will then find the booking form.

The downloadable booking forms are provided for you to use if you want to enter your details on a computer and then print them off so you can then either post or email them back to us.

For paying deposits etc. (minimum £5 unless otherwise stated), you can pay by BACS via on line banking, card payments can be accepted over the phone or you can send us a cheque by post. If you use the online booking form then you will receive a confirmation email with details of how to pay. If you require further details of this and other methods of payment, please contact the Treasurer at treasurer@somersetcentrecamc.org or the Rally Marshal.

By booking  a rally, you accept responsibility for any expenses incurred on your behalf and understand that cancellations up to seven days before the rally you will lose your deposit and may be charged in full.
